Our personalized bandanas feature names applied using Cricut heat-transfer vinyl (HTV). HTV is designed to be durable; however, vinyl is not guaranteed permanent and natural wear may occur over time.

Because bandanas are worn by pets and experience movement, friction, and regular use, vinyl longevity can vary from dog to dog. Minor edge lifting, cracking, or fading over time is considered normal wear.

30-Day Vinyl Replacement

If the vinyl name begins to peel on its own within 30 days of purchase, we will gladly offer a one-time vinyl replacement.

This policy does not cover damage caused by chewing, scratching, improper washing, or normal wear beyond the 30-day period.

By purchasing a vinyl-personalized bandana, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
